To my partner and friend for over three decades, Vincent, thank you. Vincent is the true pillar of this company. Intelligent beyond words, the hardest worker I’ve ever met, not to mention, head to toe, the most talented chef/restauranteur in the area. It’s not even a debate. And to anyone who ever tasted the food I plated, you experienced my love. To any line cook who ever suited up next to me, you are my brother and sister.
